Clas-SiC: The UK’s only Commercial Power SiC Wafer Fab

Open Silicon Carbide wafer foundry capacity is currently very constrained, with long queue times and cycle times reported.  This makes it difficult for new entrants to take custom, innovative, new device concepts to market.  Clas-SiC have adopted the open, pure-play foundry model, supported by Process Design Kits, which allows custom devices to be designed for new market entrants, fabricated with low risk & cost efficiency, and offering a fast route to market.  This is enabling innovation and the opportunity for more advanced concepts supporting advanced customer products.
